AI Exploration Session

The fastest way to turn AI from a vague worry into something your team is genuinely excited about.

Who it’s for: teams where some people use AI daily and others have never touched it, or nobody knows what’s allowed.

What happens:

1. Clearing the fog (30 min): what AI is, what it’s not, and what’s safe to share.

2. Hands-on rounds (2 hrs): in pairs, the team tries AI on their own real tasks: emails, reports, research, brainstorming, planning.

3. Show & tell (30 min): everyone shares one thing that worked. This is where the sceptics turn.

4. Making it stick (30 min): each person chooses one task to do with AI every day for the next week.
