Meet Gigi, your gut health companion

Your gut has been trying to tell you something. Gigi helps you figure it out. She is the AI companion for women's gut health I founded: talking to her is a real conversation, not a form. She remembers all of it, and over time she helps you see how it connects.

Nothing to log. No plan to follow. Nobody telling you to just relax.

Why Gigi exists

We have all been there

The bloating you plan your outfit around. The cramps you smile through. The “I'm fine” you say when you are really not.

And almost always, we deal with it quietly. Years of it, usually. Tests that come back normal. Lists of foods to cut out, then cut back in. Being told it's probably stress, by someone who has already stood up.

The problem was never that you weren't paying attention. It's that nobody was paying attention with you, for long enough to see the pattern.

How it works

Gigi pays attention, and helps you see the pattern

  1. 01

    You just talk

Tell her what you ate, how you slept, where you are in your cycle, or that today was rough. Whatever you have. There is no form and nothing to keep up with.
  2. 02

    She remembers

Not just the last message. What you reacted to in March, what your third day usually looks like, the thing you mentioned once and forgot about.
  3. 03

    She connects it

Two weeks in, she knows things about your pattern that are genuinely hard to see from the inside, and she tells you plainly.

Seven ways to talk

Talk to whoever you want to hear it from

Same knowledge, same care, in the voice that feels right. Pick one to start with, and change your mind whenever you like.
  • Natalie, one of Gigi's companions

    The bestie

    Natalie

Texts back straight away, and remembers what you said.

  • Gabriel, one of Gigi's companions

    The professor

    Gabriel

Finds how your body works genuinely fascinating, and you too.

  • Ethan, one of Gigi's companions

    The steady one

    Ethan

Steady when you are not, and never makes a thing of it.

  • Lori, one of Gigi's companions

    Been there

    Lori

Has been through this herself and is not precious about it.

  • Frankie, one of Gigi's companions

    The artist

    Frankie

Sees the version of you that you keep forgetting about.

  • The quokka, one of Gigi's companions

    The cuddle friend

    The quokka

Small, delighted, completely on your side.

  • Or nobody in particular, one of Gigi's companions

    Just Gigi

    Or nobody in particular

Your reliable AI, trained by a medical team.

  • Meet them properly

A note from the founder

Who I wish I'd had

For three decades I lived in the fog. Bloating, pain, fatigue: enough to make my life harder and affect my mood, but never quite enough to get a proper check and a diagnosis. The ending turned out to be simple, coeliac disease and a dairy intolerance. The road there was anything but.

Gigi is who I wish I'd had on that road. Not another tracker to keep up with, and not more information to sort through. Someone to talk it through with, who remembers, and who helps you see the pattern years sooner than I did.

If you're tired of guessing, I built this for you.

Tummy Talks by Gigi

A storytelling night about our guts

Gigi's evenings, which I host: warm bone broth to hold, a storytelling circle for the things we usually keep to ourselves, and a room of people who get it.

  • Tummy Talks, we said it out loud. Nine women who took the storytelling seat, in a grid. We all have carried our gut stories alone, in silence. Until this day.
  • The things we never said. Storytelling without a script. A collage of storytellers in the chair and women listening from red cushions.
  • “There is absolutely nothing wrong with you.” Rafaela Buena hosted the night, also sharing her own gut story. She reminded us that our bodies are different, and that's totally okay. We talk so we can listen better.
  • What stayed with us: we left lighter. One by one, women took the courage and said the things they had only ever told a doctor, or no one at all. Nobody tried to fix anyone. We listened, we laughed, and we held each other.

The first night was in Amsterdam, and more cities are coming. Co-host one in yours

Questions

About Gigi

What is Gigi?
An AI companion for women's gut health. You talk to her like you would to a friend: what you ate, how you slept, where you are in your cycle, or that today was rough. She remembers all of it, and over time she helps you see how your gut connects to food, mood, energy, sleep and cycle. Meet her on talktogigi.ai.
Is Gigi a doctor?
No. Gigi is built with doctors and reviewed by a clinical team, but gigi is AI. She is a wellness companion, not a doctor, and she is not for emergencies. She will not diagnose you, and she will never tell you to start, stop or change any medication. If something is worrying you, please see someone who can examine you.
Who is Gigi for?
Women who live with a gut that has opinions: bloating, cramps, reactions to food, a diagnosis you are still learning to live with, or symptoms that change with your cycle. If you are tired of guessing, she is for you: join the waiting list.
How do I get access?
Gigi is in private pilot, and we are letting people in a few at a time. Join the waiting list on talktogigi.ai and we will write when there is a place for you. Everyone on the waiting list gets free founding months when Gigi opens.
What is Tummy Talks?
Gigi's storytelling night about our guts, hosted by Rafaela. The first night was in Amsterdam, and more cities are coming. Join the Tummy Talks list to hear about the next one; it also saves your place on the Gigi waiting list. Would you like one in your city? Write to us.
How does Gigi connect to Rafaela's AI work?
Rafaela founded Gigi and builds it hands-on with AI, every day. It is where much of what she teaches in her workshops, coaching and keynotes comes from: she uses the tools she recommends on a real product.
